Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Homes

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and development of children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child
  • Record events and observations, progress reports, and implement care plans

Requirements

  • Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models
  • A minimum of 12 months experience and a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
  • Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible, and resilient

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £30,580.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month), with an additional £3,000-£6,000 per annum.
