Childcare Development Specialist

The Young Learner Care Coordinator will be responsible for planning stimulating activities, delivering high-quality childcare, and building effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Provide excellent care and support to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
Estimated Salary: £19,500 - £24,500 per annum.
