Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Nursery Nurse or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a nursery near St Albans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Early Years and be committed to delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Safeguarding children's welfare, adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, using good communication skills to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supporting a healthy and safe environment, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure children's well-being.
  • Providing tailored care to individual needs and interests as Key Person, promoting a nurturing environment.
