Child Development Practitioner

BLOM AND BLOM in St Albans is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an Ofsted outstanding nursery setting that promotes a supportive environment for its practitioners.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's development through the provision of safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play.
- Delivering activities to support and extend children's learning and development outcomes.
- Monitoring, assessing and recording children's progress.
- Planning and delivering next steps to support children's development.
Requirements:
- A level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification.
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures.
- An understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Based on the location and industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is £30000 - £35000 per annum.
