The Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Duty team, you will play a crucial role in receiving referrals and progressing assessments for children and their families. Your expertise in undertaking child protection investigations, supporting children in need, and developing plans to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children and young people will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop plans to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children and young people
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues on child protection procedures
* Collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in social care or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
* Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
