Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to work with students with additional needs. This is a temporary position linked to external funding, and the successful candidate will be required to provide one-to-one support within the classroom, enabling access to learning.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish good working relationships with students and act as a role model. They will also be aware of and respond appropriately to individual student needs, providing support in line with school policies relating to child protection, health & safety, confidentiality, and data protection.

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
