Exclusive Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to work one-to-one with a pupil at a mainstream Primary School in St Helens. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting within SEN and be comfortable providing general TA support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream Primary School setting
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to enhance learning outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or residency status
  • Previous experience working with children within the last 2 years
  • Two references from previous employment with children
  • A current DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one
