Job Overview
As an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of students in primary schools across St Helens. Working under the guidance of qualified teachers, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible working, with daily, short-term, or long-term placements available. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver lessons and engage students, while also providing one-to-one support and small group work for those with special educational needs. Your ability to create a well-managed and supportive classroom atmosphere will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and student engagement
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment
- Supervise students during breaks and school activities

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (in a school setting or similar)
- Passion for education and supporting young people
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training is required
