About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework to deliver high-quality care to patients.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by working collaboratively with the Health Visiting Team.
  • Identify and address health needs of children and families at the earliest opportunity, providing appropriate support to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Support Early Years Services in the community, including Children's Centres and Early Years settings.
  • Adhere to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards to support infant feeding and parent-infant relationships.
  • Complete Family Health Needs assessments for allocated mandated reviews and update the SCPHN (Health Visitor) with any areas of concern.
