We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework to deliver high-quality care to patients.
- Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by working collaboratively with the Health Visiting Team.
- Identify and address health needs of children and families at the earliest opportunity, providing appropriate support to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with Early Years Services, such as Children's Centres and Early Years settings, to promote healthy development and well-being.
- Support infant feeding and parent-infant relationships by adhering to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards.
- Complete Family Health Needs assessments for allocated mandated reviews and update the SCPHN (Health Visitor) with any areas of concern.
