Health Visiting Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework
- Help the Health Visiting Team achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Work in partnership with children and families to identify health needs and provide appropriate support
- Support Early Years Services in the community, such as Children's Centres and Early Years settings
- Support Infant feeding and parent-infant relationships by adhering to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards
- Complete Family Health Needs assessments for allocated mandated reviews and update the SCPHN (Health Visitor) with any areas of concern
