The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in Wiltshire.
Main Responsibilities- Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework
- Help the Health Visiting Team achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Work in partnership with children and families to identify health needs and provide appropriate support
- Support Early Years Services in the community
- Support Infant feeding and parent-infant relationships
- Complete Family Health Needs assessments and update the SCPHN with areas of concern
