Nurse/RGN (Permanent, Contract, Part Time) - Health Visiting Team Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families, working closely with our Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in various settings.
Main Responsibilities- Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework
- Help the Health Visiting Team achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Work in partnership with children and families to identify health needs and provide appropriate support
- Support Infant feeding and parent-infant relationships by adhering to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards
- Complete the Family Health Needs assessment for allocated mandated reviews
