Health Visiting Nurse Specialist

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire.
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency Framework
- Helping the Health Visiting Team achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Working in partnership with children and families to identify health needs and provide appropriate support
- Supporting Early Years Services in the community, such as Children's Centres and Early Years settings
- Supporting infant feeding and parent-infant relationships by adhering to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards
- Completing Family Health Needs assessments for allocated mandated reviews and updating the SCPHN (Health Visitor) with any areas of concern
