Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including Tracheostomy, Ventilation, and TPN.
  • Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Supporting children to achieve their goals and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with children with complex needs.
  • Availability for last-minute shifts to support our clients.
  • Willingness to travel to provide care in the community.
