About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Danone, a global leader in Essential Dairy and plant-based, Natural Sourced Waters, and Specialised Nutrition. As a Nutricia Community Nurse, you will provide care for patients who are being tube-fed in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to support safe discharges from the hospital and ongoing training for quality care at home.
  • Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues, and troubleshooting requests.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN, or RNLD) with at least 12 months' experience and living in the Hampshire area. You will also need a full UK driving license, as we will provide a company car, fuel card, and a lunch allowance when you are in the field.
