About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our community care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to support safe discharges from hospital and ongoing care at home.
- Complete regular patient reviews and provide ongoing support with questions, issues, and troubleshooting requests.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare market and excellent communication skills. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
