About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care at home.
  • Conduct regular patient reviews and provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their carers.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses, to ensure seamless care coordination.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
