About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Collinson. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in enhancing our people and culture practices within the Product, Technology & Data divisions.

Your primary focus will be on aligning our strategic and operational goals while nurturing our company culture and developing leadership capabilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor in developing and implementing the People and Culture strategy, guiding recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement People and Culture Strategy: Collaborate with the P&C Business Partner and VP People & Culture to enhance people and culture practices within the Product, Technology & Data divisions.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance: Guide recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes to ensure effective people management.
  • Change Management and Organizational Design: Support change management and ensure resources are aligned with organizational design.
  • Job Descriptions and Hiring Processes: Assist with job descriptions and hiring processes in line with workforce plans.
  • Management Capabilities: Enhance management capabilities in hiring, performance management, and team wellbeing.
  • Workforce Planning and Analytics: Analyze metrics to inform strategic workforce planning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with managers to meet business objectives and execute people plans.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in People and Culture.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Mentorship and Development: Promote a sense of belonging and mentor P&C Advisors.
Requirements
  • CIPD Qualified: Hold a CIPD qualification with strong knowledge of P&C policies and systems.
  • UK Employment Law Expertise: Proven experience in UK Employment Law, with exposure to global and matrixed organizations.
  • Relationship Building and Influence: Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness with a collaborative and integrity-focused approach.
  • Employee Relations and Succession Planning: Experience in employee relations, succession planning, and performance calibration.
  • Communication and Presentation: Comfortable presenting and facilitating workshops, with a knack for clear communication.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects while maintaining business continuity.
