Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team within the Female Pathway of the Rehabilitation and High Support (RHS) Care hub in Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The postholder will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological services to women with complex mental health needs.
Main DutiesThe postholder will be responsible for the promotion and management of a high-quality psychology service across the women's rehabilitation wards. This will involve providing psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users who present with complex mental health problems, alongside a possible history of trauma, substance misuse, and forensic histories.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological services
- Lead on embedding and evaluating a trauma-informed care approach across the service
- Attend MDT meetings and facilitate regular clinical discussion groups
- Provide one-to-one clinical supervision to Psychologists and other members of the MDT as appropriate
The postholder will need to have a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, or its equivalent, as accredited by the BPS. They will also need to be currently registered as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
