About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Automotive Aftermarket distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Automotive Aftermarket distribution sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Independent Motor Factors and Trade Buying Groups/ITGs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client's presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales or account management role, preferably in the Automotive Aftermarket sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket distribution sector, including parts distribution and supply chains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
