At Bruin, we're seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our London-based Reward team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reward and executive compensation, with hands-on experience in financial services. A strong background in data analytics is required, along with the ability to present data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage Workday and other HR systems to extract and analyze compensation data, identifying trends and insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Market and Regulatory Alignment: Model compensation trends across the financial services industry, aligning our practices with market standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as MRT and IFR.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support the Head of Reward by preparing materials and insights for Remuneration Committee meetings, participating actively to communicate strategies and ensure alignment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for executive and deferred compensation across the UK and European offices, advising on best practices and overseeing continuous improvements to our compensation schemes.
