Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business units worldwide.
  • Lead salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, and bonus processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform reward decisions.
  • Support reward projects and embed innovative practices.
  • Expertise in managing pay reviews and navigating local regulations.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a love for data (Excel proficiency essential).
