As a Compensation and Benefits Professional at Oakleaf Partnership, you'll manage salary survey data, conduct analysis and benchmarking, play a key role in the annual salary review, and oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting.

You will be responsible for staying informed on compensation trends in the legal industry and collaborating with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies.

We are seeking candidates with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors).

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum.
