Maternity Cover: Compensation and Benefits Role

At Stenn Group, we're looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our Total Rewards function on a maternity leave cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our global compensation philosophy and work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales commission plans, corporate bonus plans, and experience preparing for Compensation Committee Meetings. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Payroll teams to design and implement compensation programmes across key geographies.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a global company, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across the UK, USA, Europe, India, and China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation programmes, including base salary, merit, bonus, commissions, and employee equity programme.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in salary negotiations and compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with the wider P&C team on salary adjustments and market data requests, based on benchmarking data.
