Sales Compensation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Professional to join our team in London.
As Senior Commission Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation plans that drive Sales team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and amending Sales compensation plans globally.
- Creating reporting packages and requirements for Sales and Revenue executives to understand trends and monitor KPIs.
- Meeting Payroll Operations deadlines for timely commission communication.
- Collaborating with Sales leadership and FP&A to improve commission plans through regular budget analysis and strategic financial insights.
- Promoting change management programs while working with Sales leadership, Revenue operations, and People partners.
Requirements include proven experience in sales and compensation, strong data skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience solving complex problems.
A competitive salary (approximately £65,000 - £80,000) and range of benefits make this an attractive opportunity.
