Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and customer satisfaction.
