**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Store Manager to support our Store Manager in leading our team and driving the success of our Meadowhall store. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in creating a friendly, customer-focused environment that exceeds our customers' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Store Manager in daily tasks, management, and staff onboarding
  • Assist in the launch of new store initiatives and drive sales growth
  • Lead a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store appearance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

**Requirements**

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
