Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for leading a team of outstanding store colleagues, ensuring the smooth running of daily processes, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the efficient operation of store processes, including cash handling, stock management, and customer transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall store experience.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
- Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve store performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and adapt to changing business needs.
