About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of outstanding store colleagues, ensuring the smooth running of daily processes, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance, implement changes, and measure their impact.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to store colleagues to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Drive to mentor and support colleagues, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to working hours, including Saturdays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
