Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Team

Our Family Support and Intervention Team in Newtownabbey or Ballymena is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, with a focus on minute taking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including minute taking
  • Record key points, decisions and actions from meetings
  • Organize, edit and distribute minutes to relevant people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in minute taking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay of £12.86 per hour, plus benefits including inclusion into our company pension scheme and minimum of 28 days annual leave (pro rata). First Choice is an equal opportunities employer.

Skills and Qualifications

You will have:

  • Proven experience in minute taking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

We estimate that this role is worth around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year. Please note that this is an estimate and actual salary may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
