Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative support officer to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. The role is based in County Hall, Ballymena and will involve providing administrative support to the RMHS Project Leads and project managers.
The main purpose of this role is to assist with tasks such as typing, photocopying, diary responsibilities, email correspondence, and preparing reports and documents for senior staff. You will also be required to take minutes and set up meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years relevant experience, including experience in minute taking and setting up meetings. You will also require 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language, or equivalent qualifications.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive rate of pay £12.86 per hour, a minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), and weekly pay. This is a temporary role expected to last at least 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the RMHS Project Leads and project managers
- Assist with tasks such as typing, photocopying, diary responsibilities, email correspondence, and preparing reports and documents
- Taking minutes and setting up meetings
- Responding to email and telephone correspondence
Requirements:
- 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in minute taking and setting up meetings
