About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers via email and telephone
- Process and input orders
- Manage and organize deliveries
- Generate monthly customer reports
- Perform general office administration tasks
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in an administration or customer service role
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Previous experience in the textiles industry is advantageous
Salary Details
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26k per annum.
