About the Role

This Financial Services Reward Specialist position is a key opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the annual compensation reward cycle across the UK and Europe.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in pre-populating Workday data fields.
  2. Access Control: Evaluate and implement appropriate access levels within Workday.
  3. Reward Communication: Foster effective communication with stakeholders during the reward cycle.
  4. Reward Delivery: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to manage the reward cycle.
  5. Compliance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Tech Support: Provide primary assistance for Workday-related queries and issues.
  7. Issue Resolution: Work closely with HRBP's to address recommendation anomalies.
  8. Reporting: Publish Total Reward statements and disseminate them effectively.
  9. Audit: Perform comprehensive audits of Workday and Payroll systems.

Compensation Details:

Estimated Salary Range: £57,500 - £72,750 per annum based on experience and location.
