About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial reward cycles, data security, and project management. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Workday Data Management: Populate Workday data fields, including job levels, salary ranges, and job codes.
  • Data Governance: Ensure proper access levels and data security within Workday.
  • Reward Cycle Planning: Plan and execute the annual communication plan with business leaders and managers.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver the reward cycle in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Governance and Compliance: Conduct governance and compliance checks to ensure adherence to in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for Workday issues and questions.
  • Anomaly Resolution: Collaborate with HRBP's to resolve recommendation anomalies.
  • Total Reward Statements: Produce Total Reward statements and distribute effectively.
  • Audit Reviews: Conduct full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £57,500 per annum, depending on experience. Crone Corkill offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
