Job Description

As a Global Benefits and Compensation Expert, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class Employee benefits programme. You will be the Subject Matter Expert when it comes to managing and defining a fair, equitable and competitive total reward and benefits package for employees.

The role involves End-to-End management of country and regional benefit contract renewals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with and driving vendors/brokers to provide contract usage data
  • Preparing and presenting reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership
  • Managing Benefit Policies
  • Partnering with the wider business and with your HR community to ensure the key reward principles are communicated
  • Launching campaigns to increase employee awareness and usage of specific benefits, such as wellness programs or retirement planning tools

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience.
