Wholesale Team Leader

About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with at least 3 years experience in the electrical wholesale industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
