Job Description

As our Company Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the Board and Committees, ensuring effective governance practices are implemented across the organisation. Your leadership skills will drive strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration and transparency among stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in corporate governance, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
