We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our UK & E Reward Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting cyclical reward and benefits activities, as well as contributing to technical aspects of Reward & Benefits.

In this role, you will assist in the development of Serco's benefit schemes, provide benefits statistics for quarterly reward packs and DPR, and lead benchmarking activities. You will also collate monthly reporting on starters and leavers, identify and escalate missing or incorrect data fields.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Works to a high degree of accuracy and produces good quality deliverables

Salary: £42,500 - £45,500 per annum
