- Minimum 2 years' experience with DB, DC, and hybrid schemes required.
- Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and outputs necessary.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills for data analysis/reporting are essential.
- Prior knowledge of pension buy-ins/outs, GMP projects, and pension legislation is beneficial.
