Job Summary

Lookers South Shields Ford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team of Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate and timely addition of newly purchased vehicles to our stock records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and filed securely.
  • Verify and process vehicle documents, including V5, MOT history, and service history, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process vehicle taxation and ensure all necessary documents are in order for customer delivery.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify vehicle sales documents and ensure payment has been received before releasing the vehicle to the customer.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in an administrative role, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience with Kerridge software is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
