Role Summary:
The Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive personal loans assistance to clients. Once the loan is activated and funds are disbursed, any modifications or inquiries throughout its duration will be managed by the specialist. Typical inquiries may involve payment deferrals, updating banking information, modifying accounts, or adjusting payment schedules. This position is strictly focused on inbound communications, with no outbound calling responsibilities.
Applicants lacking experience in a call center environment will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in a call center setting within the financial services sector.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficient in managing customer interactions
- Experience in call center operations
- Strong telephony skills
- Ability to handle incoming calls effectively
- Familiarity with administrative support tasks
- Knowledge of customer service management practices
Employee Benefits:
Operating seven days a week, with hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, on a rotating six-week schedule.
Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Employees will receive three weeks' notice regarding any changes to their shift patterns.
Shifts may include late hours (2 PM - 8 PM), early hours (8 AM - 4 PM), or a combination of both.
All bank holidays and public holidays will be observed as days off.
