As a leading financial infrastructure platform, Stripe provides businesses with the tools they need to succeed. In this role as an Account Executive, Enterprise, you will play a crucial part in growing our customer base by developing new relationships with prospective companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will own a named account list and create tailored account plans to win business with digital native and enterprise companies.
  • You will lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure.
  • You will negotiate commercial agreements to increase and retain customer revenue and Stripe's market share.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and evolve our sales strategy.

About You

  • You possess excellent sales skills, enabling you to communicate value effectively to potential customers and engage in technical discussions at various organizational levels.
  • You understand the complexities of the buyer journey and can successfully navigate a multifaceted sales process.

Qualifications

  • You hold 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology firm, with a proven track record of outstanding performance.
  • You must be adept at managing high-volume sales activities while focusing on delivering a strong pipeline of qualified deals.

Compensation Details

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary range of £120,000 - £223,200, consisting of base salary and sales commissions/bonuses. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonuses, sales commissions/bonuses, and retirement plans.
