About the Role

At Queen Mary University of London, we're seeking a highly experienced biostatistician to lead our cancer research team. The successful candidate will oversee statistical oversight and analysis of clinical trials, with a focus on prostate cancer screening.

This permanent appointment offers an excellent opportunity for an interested and motivated statistician to further develop their academic career through cancer screening, prevention, and early diagnosis research aimed at improving and saving lives.

About You

You'll have a PhD in medical statistics or a related area, or equivalent professional experience, along with a proven track-record of high-quality research at a national and international level.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, plus access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum (pro-rata for part-time/fixed-term), and a range of work-life balance and family-friendly policies.
