Health Data Analyst and Clinical Research Expert

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Health Data Analyst and Clinical Research Expert to join our team at Queen Mary University of London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified GP or Consultant to apply their clinical knowledge to health data analysis, working closely with clinicians and data users to develop and maintain our core health data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update existing data infrastructure software
- Curate large complex longitudinal health datasets
- Derive clinical phenotypes and quantitative traits for use in research
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in health data science and software programming, as well as experience in leading teams, training junior staff and students, and conducting epidemiological analysis.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum (pro-rata for part-time/fixed-term), and a range of work-life balance and family-friendly policies.
