As an Autism Support Professional, you will be part of a dedicated team catering to the needs of individuals with Autism and other mental health requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence

Requirements:
