Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team in Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalised care to children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to children in their own homes, promoting independence and confidence.
- Manage challenging behaviour with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to help children thrive.
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.25 - £20.50 per hour, paid weekly.
- Free training courses to develop your skills and gain NVQ qualifications.
- Annual pay increase and exclusive discounts for employees.
- Referral bonus scheme, earning £250 for each successful referral.
- Paid travel expenses up to 45p per mile.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Experience or willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
