Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at Leigh Academy Tonbridge. We are seeking someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and can provide support to students during short-term teacher absences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the good behaviour of our students and facilitating their engagement in learning activities. They will work closely with teachers to understand the curriculum and lesson plans, and will assist students with any questions or concerns they may have.
