Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant in Supported Living Services to join our team at Pound Road, East Peckham, Kent. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
