As a Mental Health and Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and independence of service users, while also developing your skills and knowledge in this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered support and care, tailoring interventions to individual needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence

What We Offer:
- Salary £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and willingness to drive company cars
- Ability to adapt to different communication needs and support sensory requirements
- Understanding of Autism and mental health principles
- Excellent teamworking skills and flexibility
